Craig Stevens' scholarship has developed a method of teaching and training classical riding, a method that is at once at the cutting edge of modern riding technique-- and centuries, even thousands of years old. Craig himself teaches riders from the most beginning level through to masters classes, and the staff instructors he's trained offer a level of excellence in riding instruction that is hard to find in the US. The horses also are schooled to a high degree- and, because balance is the first lesson taught, and tact is the second, the horses remain fresh and ready to respond with higher level work as the rider develops.
